Our approach
The name Idiles was created from a word in the Lithuanian language, “idilė”, meaning “idyll”. We believe in an idyll business where, if not perfect, people are happy, conscious, friendly, and trust each other. Our approach says:

- too much bureaucracy makes you slow
- teams should go the Agile way
- the best practices cannot be ignored
People
Martynas Jocius is the founder of the company. In 2007, after being a software developer for six years, Martynas founded Idiles in order to implement his ideas and develop high-quality web applications. Today, the Idiles team consists of young and ambitious people who love the web, technology, and innovation.
